Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily use Royal Mail for all domestic UK orders. For deliveries to Europe, we also use Royal Mail’s international services. Depending on the destination, your order may be handled by local postal carriers after leaving the UK.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

Customs, Taxes & Duties (for European Orders)
For orders shipped to countries outside the UK (including Europe), please be aware that customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and import fees may apply once your package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Tracking
Where possible, we provide tracking information for your shipment via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at infodamailon@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
