Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, with all original components included.

The product must be returned in suitable condition. While the heat-sealed plastic wrap can be removed, the model kit must not be assembled, damaged, or altered in any way.

Original outer packaging should be included where possible.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at infodamailon@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will issue you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

Incorrect (wrong item)
We'll evaluate the issue and make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return it and place a new order after the return is approved.
UK & EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
